Returns and exchanges
We ship as fast as we can. Most orders are processed and out the door in 1 to 3 days, but transit time varies up to 6 days depending on your distance from Colorado. Please contact us if you have any shipping questions.
International shipments require additional duties and taxes to be paid by the buyer at package pickup which are not covered in our shipping rate. Make sure to check with your local postal service or customs office to find out what these fees will be before you place an order. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.
We vetted our carriers to provide the best possible shipping and customer care; however, occasional issues do arise. If you see major damage to your package or any other issues with delivery, please take a picture of your package before opening it and send it to firstname.lastname@example.org.
We want you to love everything you purchase from Eastwoods and we stand by every item we make. If you purchased a product directly from our site and aren’t satisfied for any reason, simply return it to us unused within 30 days and we’ll issue you a refund for the product. Items marked final sale are not eligible for a return or exchange.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was damaged/defective when you received it. If you received a gift and don’t have the original packing slip, we’ll issue you a discount code good for online store credit.
1. Prep your return order by including the packing slip and note the reason for return. If you don't have the packing slip, please include your name, email address and order number.

3. Once your return is received and checked you’ll get an email notification that we’ve issued your refund. Depending on your payment method the refund will be completed in 5-7 business days to the original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal or Gift Card).
To exchange an item for something else, you’ll still send the item you wish to return back to us first. After we get the item back, we’ll give you online store credit to place your new order. Keep an eye on your inbox- the online store credit will be sent to the email address attached to the original order. We’ll also refund your shipping on the original order, so you don’t have to pay shipping twice. Please note the cost to ship back the original item is the responsibility of the customer.
1. Return the original order by following the instructions above.
2. Once received, we’ll email you with a code to use for store credit so you can place your new order.
3. We’ll refund the shipping on your original order.
